At The Balmy Studio, every piece of furniture is handcrafted to order at our Sunshine Coast workshop in Queensland. We take great care in arranging safe and reliable delivery of your furniture.

Complimentary Local Delivery & Assembly

We offer free delivery and assembly to eligible addresses throughout Gympie, the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane.

This service includes delivery to your home and assembly of your furniture where required.

Gold Coast Delivery

Delivery to the Gold Coast is available by individual quotation.

As delivery costs vary depending on the size of your furniture and the delivery location, please contact The Balmy Studio for a personalised freight quote before placing your order.

Once the delivery cost has been agreed upon, we can provide a secure Shopify checkout link for you to complete your purchase.

Assembly is not included unless arranged separately.

Interstate & Regional Deliveries

We arrange furniture transport to selected destinations throughout Australia using trusted furniture removalists and delivery providers.

Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout where available. For destinations requiring a personalised freight quotation, please contact us before placing your order.

Interstate and regional deliveries generally do not include assembly unless specifically agreed upon.

Delivery Arrangements

As our furniture is made to order, we will contact you once your furniture is ready to arrange delivery.

Delivery dates and transit times depend on your location and the availability of suitable transport.

For interstate deliveries, dining table legs may be removed to allow safer transportation.

Delivery Damage

We carefully prepare and protect furniture before dispatch. If your furniture arrives damaged, please photograph the damage, including any packaging, and contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
