Terms Of Service

We create bespoke pieces for your home. We pride ourselves in delivering beautifully made handcrafted pieces. 

Payment options of 50% deposit to lock in an order are available on request with the remainder invoice being sent the week of production commencing. Please note the final amount must be received for your order to be underway.

An invoice for the delivery amount (if needed) will be sent the week of courier pickup. Please note the courier will not be able to load your item if the delivery fee has not been paid prior.

Shipping Policy


Upon enquiry/order you will be given a customised shipping quote if one was not available at checkout. Once your order is processed and booking date is confirmed we will book your delivery in with our trustworthy couriers. 

Our courier is a white glove service who provide an incredible experience bringing your balmy pieces to their new home. Your item/s will then be assembled by our couriers.
Some orders are able to be shipped via pallet courier, please note this is a curb side service and you will need to organise extra muscle getting your piece into your home.

Any issues/damages that may occur during delivery need to be photographed including the packaging your piece was sent in and emailed through to us promptly within 2 days of delivery. This allows us to report the issues to the courier.
